On Saturday June 24, 2017, My Husband and I purchase a vehicle from Andy Mohr Chevrolet. Jed Adams was the salesman that assisted us in the purchase. Jed was kind and patient with us. He was not pushing us in any direction, he listened to us and showed us what we asked for. The experience of purchasing our Buick Verano was pleasant because Jed attended to us to make sure we were comfortable and not left to ourselves not knowing where we were in the process of the purchase.

My 2012 GMC Yukon broke down while driving through Indianapolis and I had it towed to Andy Mohr. Unfortunately the transmission had to be replaced. However, the Andy Mohr Chevrolet service team did everything possible to repair it quickly and ensure I got the best price possible on my repair.

I am loving everything about my new car! The service I have received throughout this entire process has been nothing but exceptional. Thank you Jerome Ector for all your help and the rest of team that assisted with getting me what I wanted. I will definitely send referrals your way!

I went onto the lot with a pretty strict budget. Immediately greeted by Doug Solmos and James Mack, we briefly discussed price points and available used car options. Doug showed me great options both above and equal to my budget, all without any pressure to invest whatsoever. After test driving a few cars I chose one ideal to my lifestyle and price range. Pre-owned car manager, Gib, kindly allowed my mechanic to check out the vehicle. Gary Griffey's service department did all appropriate work on the car and gave me a copy of the work done up front. My mechanic found nothing wrong or surprising! Overall amazing customer service experience. HIGHLY reccommend you do your used car shopping here.
