The salesman was extremely friendly. He did not pressure me to purchase any vehicle and answered any questions I or my husband had. He searched for the exact car, make, and features I desired. After the purchase, he spend a fair amount of time to explain all the features. He even took calls after the purchase to answer questions. Sam did our financing was very extremely friendly and cheerful, the paperwork was a breeze!

I purchased a 2015 Fusion and the staff was very helpful.

15000 mile maintenance was performed in a timely manner. My only complaint is the car was not washed after completion of the servicing as stated in the mailing I received.

I brought in my Ford after running over a nail and getting a flat. Firestone wouldn't patch it and didn't have the right type of tire. The service department at Braeger got me right in and they were able to patch the tire. Service was great and they were very accommodating to my busy schedule. I didn't have to wait much at all.
