Roger was attentive, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable
Roger was attentive, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable when I was purchasing my Tacoma. He was quick to respond and even sent a few videos of the vehicle prior to me making the 5 hour drive to Heiser. I will be purchasing my future vehicles and referring my family and friends to him! Colt was super quick with the finance paperwork and walked me through the additional plans that I could add. He was able to help me pick a certain add on that would be beneficial rather than pushing me to purchase something that I wasn’t sure of.

Kevin wasn’t helpful made us schedule an appointment even
Kevin wasn’t helpful made us schedule an appointment even tho the car was being brought in that same day with a front flat tire which isn’t safe to drive. I have a newer 2022 RAV4 and all the packages seems odd he’s make me schedule an appointment when the guys got my car in and out in less than a few hours. My son in law and daughter were trying to take care of it while I had their daughter at recital dance. Also should be noted the attitude of rudeness from Kevin when talking with my daughter. Also I didn’t cancel the appointment he made for Monday when my car was fixed on Saturday should have been something he should have done we made it clear the car was on its way Saturday.
