Already did! Making me more upset. I had a see appointment for an oil change and rotation that took 2 1/2 hrs at 8 am. Also not happy with cc policy. Have had many other questionable experiences there. Have been a 4-5 car buyer

It is a very clean and modern building with an amazing team that is very friendly. It was a great shopping experience, I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a new vehicle. They are not the closest Nissan dealership to me, but is well worth the drive. I will definitely be going back.

Too much finger-pointing and not enough customer service.
Too much finger-pointing and not enough customer service. Service tells me they don’t have to answer and I have to go talk to sales. Sales tells me they don’t have the answer and I have to go talk to finance. As a customer, when I walk in the door, I should be working with one cohesive Nissan team. That’s not what’s happening at Gordie Boucher Nissan.

When I called about my car being totaled out from recent
When I called about my car being totaled out from recent floods. Scot and Nikolai went into action right away to help me purchase a new vehicle. Within a few days I was approved for a new car. They both are amazing and I will be forever grateful.

I made an appointment for an oil change which also incl a tire rotation for 8:30 and it took over 2 hrs. Scheduling should be better for something that takes much less time to perform.
