Took my two week old car in for radio issues as well as repeated warnings that driving aids temporarily limited. Was there for two hours, they did some reset on the radio and said there’s no updates from Nissan. In the end nothing was fixed

Absolutely useless.
Absolutely useless. 3.5 years and my car is still not fixed!! They never had any intention to fix it. Therefore I sold my Nissan and went to a competitor!! I can finally sleep!!!

My service experience was excellent. I was able to schedule my oil change quickly, the service advisor was professional and knowledgeable, and my car has been running smoothly in the days following my oil change and tire rotation.

Went for grease and oil only.
Went for grease and oil only. Then they removed tires and rotated them. Had to go into my personal space to get lug to remove tires.
