DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Sales rep actually HUNG UP on me in mid-conversation. Thought it must have been a bad line. Called back. Breathing on the other end then HUNG UP AGAIN! What professional dealership employs such obnoxious, dismissive and outright rude employees. A JOKE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I found them online and called them about a car that was posted $28,900.00 . The dealer told me that the car was available so I gave him my husband's email and number. The agent sent back the pictures of the car with the same price on it. When we get there, the price on the car was $30,000.00. My husband asked about the sudden change. The dealer said not to worry and we will get the price on the pictures. In the office there was a manager named Frank. It looked fishy but I told myself not to judge at first. We wanted the car and we waited for him to go over the details but no. When we got the final papers it said $29,900.00 and was handed one key. When my husband asked for the second key ,Frank the manager said he did not have a spare key and there is no way he could provide a spare key . We were very disappointed in Frank holding back all the problems with the car. He should have informed us about the missing key at least. But we love the car so we took it. Still my husband has to go back because Frank did not complete the inspection . Hope it would be no new disappointment. I will not recommend them .That Frank is not honest.

Best service the guys are professionals with manners and most important honest, friendly service and fast I receive my car in 30 minutes all set up

Im very satisfied with my purchase of a 2015 Honda odyssey, these guys are really nice and honest - my sales person was Carlton Edwards who was very good on his job, he was very clear explaining me the process, and very friendly - wasn't pushy at all, was very helpful. Overall i like the honesty in this place, very transparent with there fees without all kind of hidden nonsense fees you find elsewhere, they dont try to trick you, they just try to help you with your needs! Highly recommended!!

Love my Mercedes GLC I bought from them. The fees were kind of pricey but they handled the registration and paperwork which was nice. They’ve been responsive, helpful, and honest as far as I can tell. They worked hard to put me in this car on a time crunch. Would recommend!

Just picked up a 2014 Altima and I couldn’t be happier. After searching all over the area at various used car lots Luxury of queens was the only place I felt comfortable buying from. Great guys at the dealership very informative and they made the process quick and easy. Carlton was very helpful and is a great sales associate at Luxury Of Queens. They have a very large selection of cars to choose from at a reasonable price.

Dealer was dishonest. Vehicle revealed damages not told to us. Pricing a vehicle unfair due to damage the one side rear and front. Extensive wear in tear on interior

I genuinely had a better car buying experience here than ANY previous purchases and I've owned over 20+ cars, new and used, dealer and private party. Granted I walked in and knew exactly what I wanted and I knew they had the car in stock. Didn't haggle on the price to waist the dealer's time and Carlton certainly didn't waste my time. Everyone worked around my time restrictions. Easiest and smoothest transaction ever in my experience. ZERO REGRETS. I was pleased enough to ask for another car from them when they get it in stock.
