Super easy to buy a car here. Good staff, not pushy let you take your time. My wife and I bought a 2020 Malibu that we called about ahead of time. No games, everything was as they told us on phone which I appreciated. So many places are the opposite. Super eaay buy here pay here on good car!

This company advertises cars at 1500 and or down payment of a 1000, however when you get there, this is not true. I pulled in and asked about all their advertising. They had nothing that they posted 10 minutes prior to my arrival. I went to test drive a Nissan and the check engine light was in. I understand that can mean something simple but when I asked if they could check it so I would know what it was prior to buying it, he rudely said no we do not do that. When I started the car it started rough. There are better buy here pay here lots out there, that actually care about what a customer thinks.

In 2020 the first time I purchased a vehicle from Family Auto Mart I had set the amount that I was able to put down and even my payments and I had no problems with Rob working me and agreeing to my terms. So I returned in 2022 and once again the Family Auto Mart Team worked with me by helping me to get into a vehicle that I was satisfied with, my down and monthly payment. The team here is awesome

I got a car from this place so far so good andrew was more then helpful straight up about any car i asked about getting a car is always a gamble no matter where you may go its up to you to want to take the risk no matter where you go there may or may not be issues you run into over all everyone was very helpful
