This was absolutely the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. From start to finish we were impressed with all the friendly staff and people in every department. We were not pressured into buying things we were not interested in and they were honest!! That has never happened in any previous dealings we have had with other car dealerships. Carolyn Jones was great! Answered all our questions, never pressured us, was friendly, knowledgeable, and just plain nice to work with! She came back with a fair price for our trade and we didn't have to dicker over it. She took plenty of time explaining all the functions and setting things up. We did not feel that the transaction process went smoothly. We had to ask the same questions several times. We were given a quote for our new car, with our trade in. We had been told that we would receive a $500.00 rebate, but by the time the car arrived, the rebate had expired. After we decided to purchase the car, we were offered Auto Armor, etc. which increased the price by $5,000.00. This should have been discussed with our initial quote. We did not feel that the staff was friendly, but more like we were fortunate to purchase a car. We've purchased other vehicles from Hesser. They were good experiences, this was not.

Jim was great to work with. He kept me updated on the car I had on order and when the production date changed, Jim worked with me to find a different car. And when I picked up the car, he went through all of its features. Thank you so much!

Clean, attractive facility, good selection of used and new cars. Well-informed staff. A high standard of quality as regards checking out used cars before they put them out for sale. Asharia Dubois was the person who found me out on the lot looking for a car. I was at the end of the third day of non-stop searching for a good used car. I was cranky, tired, and at the end of my rope, when Ash said, "I have this car.....". Within 45 minutes I had viewed the car, taken it for a test drive, written her a check for $500 and committed to picking up the car the next day. The whole sale went seamlessly. She's a stellar salesperson. She listened to me and directed me to the precise car for me. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
