BMW of Warwick is the only service center I trust with my

BMW of Warwick is the only service center I trust with my BMW. Kevin is always very thorough and ensures that I am informed of any issues that are found. I never feel that I am being taken advantage of and the prices are always reasonable.

Good service.

Good service. I was able to get an appointment quickly. I love the service videos because it shows how thorough they are with inspections and safety. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the phone system is extremely annoying and time consuming. I haven’t been able to call and speak with a human in less than 15 minutes. I did opt to press 2 and hold my place in queue for a call back when it was my turn but only received a call back an hour and a half later. My service advisor is very friendly and helpful. Overall I am very happy with the service department staff and work. It’s just the phone system and difficulty reaching a human. I dread calling. I think there is lots of room for improvement there. I do use the BMW app but sometimes I just have a quick question or want just check vehicle status and it takes way too long via phone.

Inskip Warwick is always extremely helpful and professional. Their attention to detail and safety always makes me feel great about going. Manny has been amazing to deal with and is always looking out for my vehicle and its services.

Fast,friendly service.

Fast,friendly service. Work performed was on spot and reasonably priced. John Stone was friendly and knowledgeable! Would recommend BMW of Warwick to all who ask!!

My recent visit was only the first time I've had my BMW

My recent visit was only the first time I've had my BMW serviced at this dealership since I only recently moved to this area. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was to schedule the service, then by the professionalism displayed by the Service Advisor (Manny) and the service staff.

Dealer Representative Manny Perez was very help in

Dealer Representative Manny Perez was very help in understanding the extensive work that had to be done on my 2014 528i x-drive BMW. The mechanic video was also helpful to see the extent of the repairs needed. I will keep this dealership in mind for future automobile purchases.

I have always had a great experience when I take my car

I have always had a great experience when I take my car in for service. Everyone involved is courteous and professional. My service rep Ben is always great to deal with. Bringing my car in for service elsewhere used to be a hassle, but not here. Keep up the great work

Great service and if you need a loaner car they get you

Great service and if you need a loaner car they get you one. My personal service rep Ben is the best. Video of service being done and communication couldn’t be better.
