I couldnt be happier with my purchase and experience at Inskip. Ralph was incredibly proffesional and informed. I was a walk-in and walked out with a great vehicle. Everyone at Inskip was helpfull and customer oriented without the usual pushy sales pitch. My being a hospitality profesional I am very critical of customer service...Kudos to Inskip---I would hire everyone for my hotels if I could. Thank you again to Ralph #1!!

Inskip has always been a pleasure to deal with. They are fair, no pressure, knowledgeable, the dealership is clean and inviting, and the service department offers great service and benefits. Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely professional and courteous.

I first contacted Inskip online. Their reply was timely...

I first contacted Inskip online. Their reply was timely and courteous. I had a very busy schedule and everyone there was happy to accommodate me. Which suprised me because I was only interested in a used car which was not their dealer brand. The entire process was fun, relaxed and professional. I'll admit that at first I was a little uncomfortable walking into a BMW dealership after a day at work (construction). With that said I have probably never had such a professional straight forward car purchase. I was not in the best situation for upgrading my car due to loan payoffs and mileage but Rich,(Greg? please forgive my memory) the sales manager and Bill the financial officer really put their best foot forward to accommodate me. These guys stayed late to secure a lower budget customer's business and they did! I would recommend Inskip to anyone, whether you're looking for something pre-loved or some of the finest engineering on wheels.

My experience with BMW was great. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. My client advisor was Christopher Diaz, he was extremely helpful by not putting pressure on me to purchase a car unlike other dealerships Ive visited. He answered all of the questions I had to the best of his knowledge and knew how to lead me in the direction to an affordable car seeing I am still in school. He also opened up my options to different cars and I am grateful he did so. I must say he did his best to get me into the car I purchased, which I love. I would definately recommend Chris and the dealership to friends and family.

I originally went to the dealership just looking, not only not planning to buy but not knowing what vehicle I wanted to focus attention upon. I was never made to feel as if I was wasting his time. I was treated with genuine courtesy no pressure and I was comfortable. I was impressed with the sales representative, Chris Diaz, and the dealership is very nice. Some weeks later I ultimately did buy a car, it was not what I originally was scouting. I was very pleased with how I was handled.

Late last year after being frustrated with the service I...

Late last year after being frustrated with the service I received at the New London BMW, I called Inskip. I was referred to Barbara Stenner. From my first conversation, I knew she was an exceptional service advisor. She listened to my concerns, asked several questions to better understand the problems I was having and scheduled me for an appointment to accommodate my schedule. Since my first visit I have visited Inskip on several other occasions and each time Barbara has been exceptional. She is very professional, knowledgeable and follows-up as promised. As a result of her professionalism, I am happy to drive an hour to get my car serviced at Inskip as opposed to going to the local dealership which is less than 10 min away for me. So, I thank you and your team, especially Barbara, for outstanding customer service. I have the utmost regard and respect for Barbara and her work.

Excellent, courteous, professional service. Minimal...

Excellent, courteous, professional service. Minimal amount of "haggling" and a very fair price on my trade-in vehicle. I was impressed by Brendan's ability to listen carefully to what I was looking for and to suggest a number of vehicles that matched my requirements. He was patient as I narrowed down the choices and gave me good, solid technical advice without "pushing" the sale. We discussed the xxxxxxand cons of each of the short-listed cars and, once I had made the decision, the sale flowed smoothly. Brendan did an outstanding job. I have bought 16 cars in 25 years, including 5 BMWs. This was my best experience yet... by far! Job well done, Brendan.

My husband and I had purchased an Inskip Vehicle in the...

My husband and I had purchased an Inskip Vehicle in the past. We had always serviced our previous car with Inskip as well. We thought being a loyal customer for 6 years we would have been treated as such. We did buy a new BMW X5, but from BMW of Newport!! Who valued our INSKIP serviced vehicle thousands of dollars more. The little dealership won our loyalty.

It was a pleasure to work with Bill to secure financing for my purchase. He quickly made my wife and I feel comfrtable every step of the transaction. Dean Childs was equally as professional. I had an appointment to look at a car this morning at 10...

I had an appointment to look at a car this morning at 10 a.m. I was traveling from West Hartford, CT, to their location - a 1 hour 40 minute drive. I set up the appointment the night before, discussed the price and my trade-in possibility. Everything was ready to go. After driving for an hour, an associate called me on behalf of Chris, claiming he was "running late" ... oh, and by the way, the car I had an appointment for was sold the night before. I was appalled. After expressing my extreme discontent, I hung up and Chris, the sales member with whom I had the appointment, called. He said he heard that I was "a little agitated." At this point I was further enraged because he belittled the situation and my feelings. He claimed it wasn't his fault because the people came in for a test drive after he left, but he should have given the manager my information to notify me if the car was purchased rather than let me drive out there anyway. When I said this to Chris, he said "Well if we had called you, you wouldn't have come out." OF COURSE I wouldn't have come out, IDIOT. Why would I waste my time driving ALMOST 2 HOURS for a car that isn't available? After wasting time I should have spent at work and gas I could have used to drive everywhere else, I am beyond disappointed in the customer service and respect this company holds for their customers - which is clearly none at all - and will NEVER give them my business. I have told everyone I know and will continue to do so.
