My daughter and I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Jacobsen's. Nick's communication with us during the whole process was excellent. We had to purchase a new car during the COVID-19 shutdown, which wasn't easy. We ended up finding the perfect car for my daughter, with payments that she can afford. We were looking for a slightly older car but ended up getting an almost brand new one because it was such a deal. The purchasing experience was so much more relaxed than purchasing from a corporate chain, plus they legitimately care for their customers. Not only did my daughter and I purchase a vehicle from Jacobsen's, my step son and his girlfriend have both purchased vehicles from them. I definately recommend them to anyone.

Of all my car buying experiences this is by far the best. Friendly, not your typical, pushy sales people. The car was in excellent condition and there were no hidden fees. Honest, personable and good people.

Today I spoke with one of the owners (Nick) regarding a car for my child who is currently attending college in Oshkosh. I must say I have never spoken to any one so rude and unpleasant as this guy was. In asking if there was any kind of student discount or first time car buyer promotion he became very upset with me asking about these deals stating they price their cars at a good price also stating they already have a credit application on the vehicle she just test drove. As any one knows who has ever purchased a used car there is always pricing options. This individual looked at my child with disgust after speaking with me over the phone. Why would anyone treat someone in the matter that he did- just for asking a question?

My husband and I came to Jacobson’s for a new car for me. We were greeted by a salesmen. We told him we were looking for a SUV for me. He Showed me what they had available. I test drove all I was interested in. All my questions were answered honestly. There was no hesitation or feeling of them hiding or with holding information. There was no high pitched sales, no rushing us in our decision. I didn’t feel I was wasting the salesman time. This is the third vehicle we have bought with Jacobson’s and have never regretted it. We have been so lucky with the vehicles we have had through the years. We always recommend to people who ask us for our opinion they need to start at Jacobson’s. They treat you like family. They really care that you are satisfied and comfortable with your decision. I can’t help but smile at how many cars at my work’s parking lot have Jacobson’s on the bumper of there cars. Thank you sincerely for the peace of mind and security knowing I am driving a safe vehicle.

I love Jacobson auto, I have been Looking at cars for a couple months and Jacobson wasn’t pushy or hounding me with any typical salesman questions. I would recommend anybody to Jacobson services and I will be doing all my car/repairs with this dealer!
