FALSE ADVERTISING!

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Do not waste your time especially with Belinda Eguia. They will lure you in with an email price and as soon as you get in the door raise it and tell you they'd be losing money if they honored it. Belinda Eguia emailed a price saying it was available, I drove from Fort Worth to south Dallas in rush hour traffic only for her to pawn me off on someone else never to face us again. To add insult to injury they lowballed my trade by $5k saying they use kbb poor condition even though my vehicle is pristine. This place is an absolutely a fraudulent joke, you've been warned.

I traded my vehicle to Freedom Chevrolet Buick GMC two

I traded my vehicle to Freedom Chevrolet Buick GMC two months ago, and they still haven't paid off my trade-in loan as agreed. This negligence has resulted in collection calls from my lender and damage to my credit score. My attempts to resolve this issue have been met with indifference. Phone calls to the dealership go nowhere - I'm repeatedly promised callbacks that never happen. When I visited in person, I was initially asked to wait 10 minutes, only to be completely forgotten. Upon following up at their office, I was rudely told they were busy with "other customers" and threatened that they wouldn't help me at all unless I went back to the waiting area. It's been two full months, my loan is now delinquent, and I have no idea when or if they plan to fulfill their obligation to pay off my trade-in. Their unprofessional conduct and failure to honor our agreement is completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership.

First off, I stop coming to the dealership last year

First off, I stop coming to the dealership last year sometime when I had an issue with a check engine light that turned out to be a recall issue that was discovered and fixed by another Chevrolet dealership. After stopping by several times to get oil changes or minor maintenance issues resolved with little to no service I?ve been frequenting another oil change company for service. Out of the blue this dealership has been trying to reach out to me via phone, email and text to schedule a service. After dodging calls due to my busy schedule I decided to answer the call the lady asked if I would be interested in a oil change with a $20 off deal I was like sure I asked what days and times were available she replied we have some opening today and the offer was only good until the end of this month January. I agreed to a same day 4pm appointment time. She told me to ask for Oscar he would be my service advisor. I arrived at 4pm in the dot. A worker dispatched for Oscar who never showed up. The worker got my intake information and asked if I was going the be in the waiting area I said yes. I was in the waiting area for an hour it was a little past five when I headed to the front to see if there was any progress. Where I I?ve been getting my oil changed lately there was no appointment and I was in and out in under 20 minutes with a vacuum for the same amount if not less. As before Oscar was nowhere to be found I waited another 5 minutes and he then approached with no apology saying that they were finishing the paperwork give them ten more minutes. The ten minutes turned into almost 20min. Needless to say I will not be back the customer service is horrible, but the oil changed itself was great my car was running well but I won?t be back. I absolutely want to be taken off the customer registry for service reminder.

Buyer beware, this dealer has $7k of additional dealer adds on thier cars not included in the MSRP. I was looking to purchase a 2025 Yukon and the sales guy came back with this. Very nice sales guy, but terrible company policy to try and force a client to buy this. When I told him I wasn't interested in the add ons, he told me it's not removable. Will not be purchasing with these folks. BUYER BEWARE.

Dealership does NOT honor the price listed on cars.com. I went TWICE to the same place (by accident,) to ask about 2 different cars, and both times they said that the prices online are “not accurate”. Even if you get a quote online, the monthly payment offer highly discrepancies from the initial posted quote. Don’t fall, they only want you to send your information so they can bombard you with emails, texts and calls. They are a total waste of time. Staff is not properly trained and unprofessional. Won’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was ready to look at and purchase a vehicle. I got zero response from the dealership. I called another dealership about the vehicle I wanted and they told me it’s not available to the general public and that dealership likely doesn’t even have that vehicle on the lot. Shady dealership freedom is.
