Steve Boyd went about & beyond to try & resolve my Terrain issue. Jason also went above & beyond to find my current vehicle - 2014 Chevy Equinox. He did really good on choosing my vehicle. Very professional and well maintained service area
I really appreciated the service technician(young lady - p.m. last Thursday) in helping me keep my appointment even though I was 10-minutes late due to rush hour traffic.

I have 2 concerns, 1. The tires were rotated and the tpm was not correct front to back. 2. this is the 3rd time I have been in since I bought the truck, each time I was told of a recall, I would like to know about recalls before I come for service.

Recall Fix
I recently had my 2014 Silverado serviced for a recall issue and oil change/tire rotation. Due to an issue with the recall, they were not able to complete the service that afternoon and I was given a loaner truck to use for two days because my work schedule wouldn't allow me to pick my truck up the next day. The service receptionist (Jamie) was very outgoing and was a great pleasure to work with. She answered or was able to direct my questions to the appropriate person due to the delay in getting my truck fixed and my work schedule not allowing me to come back the next day. There was no hassle with the loaner truck and the service manager (Steven) personally addressed my questions and concerns in regards to the recall issue and the delay in getting my truck fixed. He was willing to either stay late or come in early so that I could pick my truck up and work around my work schedule. I was totally impressed with the quality of service from this team and highly recommend them to anybody looking for top notch employees and service for their vehicle.

Greeted warmly. Beautiful and well-appointed waiting area with easily accessed Wi-Fi. Car perfectly fixed. Wouldn't change a thing. Randy had my carried-over RO at hand and everything went smoothly. Kudos!
