I have brought my Audi in 4-5 time for the same issues

I have brought my Audi in 4-5 time for the same issues and everytime I get it back the issue is still there. Unfortunately I can’t take it to any other repair shop because the of the right to my warranty contract that Rocky Mountain has. But I do wish that they would just fix the issue or admit they don’t know how to

Used to trust the service.

Used to trust the service. I purchased maintenance and detail package online but the service department didn't recognize it. The access panel underneath the car wasn't secured and I had to stop at a dealer to have it repaired while on a road trip to Washington. When I returned to finally get a receipt for the work, the sec Mgr just said OK many times even after I showed the old panel. No explanation, no apologies no attempt to win me back. Im not going back.

I was able to contact them about a vehicle and arrange a

I was able to contact them about a vehicle and arrange a purchase over the phone. What was not disclosed on their website was a $1399 protection package that was non-optional including oil changes for an electric car. The great deal I thought I was getting turned into less of a great deal. However, I am still happy with my new vehicle.
