Awesome experience

I went to look at a BMW after having seen it on their website. LeRoy grabbed the car for me and walked me through everything about the car. He then gave me time to sit in it and really just look at everything. He understood what I was looking for in terms of car price and he helped me get the best deal that I could have got. I would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers for being patient and helpful. Awesome service!

Worth the drive

I came down from Denver after finding a specific vehicle they had online. It was as described and everyone was great. Special thanks to Jamon and the finance guy

Overall a good experience and VERY happy with my car!

My experience with RMAB started about a week ago, when I went to their lot to check out a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. I was promptly greeted by Brian Green who introduced himself, was very polite, and asked what I was looking to buy. After finding out that the van was at Midas getting worked on, he showed me a couple other vehicles on the lot. I test drove the Volkswagen Routan and one of their Ford Edge’s which were a nice ride, but I ultimately came to check out the Dodge minivan and was not ready to make any decisions. After one of the managers tried to get me to buy something that day, I told him that I was set on checking out the Dodge first, and to call me when they had the vehicle back on the lot. I spoke with Brian on the following Monday and he told me he had gone to pick up the van and it was back on the lot. I went back Monday night to test drive the van, and was very impressed with the condition and price of the car. After my wife and I decided it was worth pursuing we decided to crunch some numbers to see what kind of deal they could give us. Because Brian had to leave work early that day, he put me in the hands of Mark Soos. Mark was very friendly but very fast paced. I had never bought a vehicle from a car lot before and had no idea what to expect or how the process worked. Originally we went in hoping to get a payment somewhere in the $150-$160 range, and he initially started at $225 a month. Ultimately, Mark fought to get my monthly payments down to $189.00 a month, which was still above our desired pricepoint, but we were willing to wiggle a little bit. He told me they were going to pay off my $2600 car loan and give me $2000 for my trade in, so in my mind it sounds like they were giving us $4600 towards the new car which seemed like a great deal. After waiting a long time to see Albert, he “went through” the finances and everything appeared to coincide with how Mark explained the information, so we finally wrapped up and I got to take our new vehicle home late that night. The next night I looked at the receipt that broke down the loan and the payment. I quickly realized they were not just paying off my loan and giving me $2k for my trade in, but instead they take the amount of your trade ($2000) minus what you have left on your loan (which was about $2600). They then wrap in the difference to your new loan, which was about $600. So they do actually pay off your loan, but you still pay the difference. After the confusion and frustration I gave Mark a call who then explained how that worked, but I do not feel that is how it was explained to me in his office. I feel as though they danced around how the loan actually works to make you think you are getting a better deal than you are. I spoke with Albert a couple days after I voiced some of my complaints and he was very kind and wanted to do anything he could to make this right. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my experience and walk through the pricing breakdown. I am very pleased with my car and the friendliness and professionalism of those who helped me, I would just urge anyone who buys a car anywhere to first make sure you understand how your pricing and financing breaks down so there are no surprises. My loan was put in my account at the agreed upon rate which I am very happy about. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle at a good price.

Friendly service and good price

We found our car online and visited the dealership knowing what we were looking for and how much we could pay. They worked within our budget and helped us get the car we wanted for the price we could afford. And, they gave me a great deal on my trade in. I would definitely consider buying another used car from them. And, everyone we interacted with was super friendly to our 7 year old son.

Great Experience!!

Generally speaking, I hate buying cars. I have bought new cars and used cars and I usually pay cash. Of the car buying experiences I loathe the most, purchasing a lightly used car from a dealer for cash, ranks highest among them. In this case, that was NOT my experience. I found the dealership to be well-stocked with late-model inventory. They had a large variety of cars in the category of vehicle I needed. The floor manager Jamon Hughes was courteous, professional, direct, and honest. As long as this brokerage retains staff like Jamon and is willing to deal with me for the value I seek, I will be back.
