Good Afternoon Lexus; My experience with Sara Goodman was a 5 Star at Len Stoler Lexus. Sara is dedicated to Len Stoler and the customers needs. Sara continue to follow up via email and call to provide details on all repairs. Sara is extremely kind and respectful. My husband and I were able to discuss all of the options with Sara. We had been dealing with the passing of a family member as well. Sara was able to make arrangements for a loaner during the repairs. We appreciate all that Sara was able to do. Great Dealership

Everything was very transparent and just as advertised, which was great as we live in Indiana. Steven and Tyler were awesome! I would definitely make the drive and buy from them again.

If need Lexus NOW, this is the place to buy it.

Phyllis was great, whole team clear and businesslike, did not feel pressured (except by scarcity of car we wanted!) Manager explained market economics clearly. Tech guy friendly and helpful.

I have been attempting to negotiate a purchase of a vehicle listed at Len Stoler for approximately 1 week. The sales representative will no longer return calls, stating that the extremely small amount negotiated down (and now listed as the asking price) is the lowest they can go due to Covid. When y’all start wearing masks and appropriately following Covid precautions, I will believe you. The sales manager will not even speak with us. A little over $1,000 does not a negotiation make when your non-mandated fees are closer to $5,000. It’s great that you’re a hall of famer philanthropist with millions to give away, but in this economy, a few thousand can help the average person (I keep my cars for 15+ years).

This dealership a awesome, professional and the ability to convinced its customers to buy Lexus car when you don’t even want one, they can easily convinced you when you a window-shopping and not decided yet, Very great people, within 10 to 15mins you already got a car for yourself, such an amazing professional, very detailed, very time conscious, and always smiles on their faces, doing all things to add values to customers life.

Our experience in buying a Lexus started online.

Our experience in buying a Lexus started online. Our first response was from a guy name Chase from Len Stoler Lexus, by text and email. When I talked to Chase I explain to him that we were coming from Pennsylvania and it will probably take a couple hours to get there. He told me that it would be out front waiting on us, when we got there. When we pulled up to the dealership there it was clean and looking good the sale was almost sold. We met Chase and we did a orientation of the vehicle and a road test. During the orientation I realized that Chase knew what he was talking about, he was very professional and knowledgeable about this car. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Chase professionalism and knowledge sold us on the car. We asked him every and any question that we had. One thing that me and my wife would never forget is that eye to eye contact they’ll let you know a lot about a person and what they’re saying. Chase was a phenomenal and trained sales person that day. Thanks Eva and LeRoy
