Best Car Buying Experience Ever

As a Sales Manager I always harp about the importance of a great buying experience because no one wants to be sold they prefer that you help them purchase. Our experience with Steve Poisal the sales consultant was extremely enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, honest and sincere. Moreover the experience in the finance department was quick and easy. It was great not having to endure a 2-4 hour car purchase where companies try to hold you hostage

Awesome Experience

My wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Lexus from our salesperson, Sam Lee. We had stress free environment from start to finish. Management treated us as if we were the most important buyers. It was such an easy and smooth process. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle.

Tailored the sales experience to my unique needs

Christopher was excellent. I've been in the hunt for a vehicle for MONTHS. Then I found these perfect match, but it's the day before I leave the country for a week. Christopher worked with me to get the paperwork done virtually and had the car ready for me when I got back to town. Couldn't ask for more... But then it gets better: the finance director Travis was knowledgeable and helped me select the best programs for me. Best, low stress and most pleasant car buying experience I've had.

Great service

My salesman and the manager worked hard to make sure I got a good deal after my car was totaled. They made sure I for my refund to put towards my new car.

Very easy purchase transaction

Daniel Burke was an awesome salesman very professional and knowledgeable. Overall buying process was very speedy. Be sure to check out their awesome snack lounge.

Great Service/ Ms Phyllis is AWESOME!

I absolutely loved Ms Phyllis! She gathered my wants and needs & came back with my dream car that checked all my boxes! She even assisted in keeping my toddler entertained with cartoons on her computer! Great customer service

Worth the drive from Ohio

We were very pleased with our experience. We called before pictures of the car were up on the website, and Derrick was kind enough to go out in the rain, take some pictures and send them to us. We had lots of questions, as we were coming from Ohio and we’re unable to see the car ourselves. Derrick was very patient with us and took the time to address them all. He had the car ready to go when we got there. He had assured us it was in excellent shape, and we would not be disappointed, and boy, was he right. We did end up waiting longer than we had hoped to talk to the finance person, Travis, but he did not try to sell us all sorts of extras so that was appreciated. All in all, we felt it was one of the best car buying experiences we have had, despite the drive.
