The staff was very kind and helpful. They were able to assist all the questions and took the time to make sure I got the car I needed. I plan on going back so I can continue my relationship with Denny Menholt Chevrolet. I an enjoying my new car very much. The traverse has handled very well on the snowy & icy roads. And the gas mileage is great!

Best service around, bar none.
We, my wife and I, love the service we get from people like Chris in service, and Dan in parts! (And others too!) We won't stray away from Denny Menholt Chevrolet. You're all top-notch in our book. This last service on our 2011 2500HD Duramax was "all of a sudden," and Chris worked my wife in very quickly. We don't expect this to happen, but it always seems as though we never have to wait. We thank you all very much! Happy holidays everyone!!

Recall with a smile.
We got a recommended minor servicing done, along with a Chevrolet recall. And were well advised to get the major servicing done. Since we are retired and living on a limited budget the major servicing was ultimately postponed to a later date. No pressure, just understanding.

Body Shop
I had body work on my front end. I found that the hood was not even with the fender on one side. Then my headlights pointed at the ground. These are not fixed yet. Car was not washed or cleaned which I would think a $6000 repair would warrant. I get a car was with and oil change just to compare. If you are repairing a front end wouldn't it be logical to alingn headlights, check fit of new parts. I also have more wind noise on driver door but I will let that go. I would not let a friend use Denny Menholt for body repair.
