Dealership was very nice my only complaint was that we were there ALL day which was very frustrating, Our sales consultant Kwame Jarvis was awesome He was patient, understanding and professional. He knew I was not happy about how long the process takes and tried to make it as easy as he could. The process to buy a new car is to long and needs to be streamlined.

It was a pleasure and easy to deal with Rick and all my concerns were addressed. They took some extra time and drove so monitors would reset so when I picked it up it had a new inspection sticker on it.

We met with both Santiago and Kwame during our search for our 2021 Equinox. Kwame was able to be a great help once we found the perfect vehicle. He made sure the process went as quickly as possible and very smoothly.
