Great service knew every step of the way. And was time efficient. Wasn’t to happy when my truck starter went on less then a 3 year old truck. But Rick and the guys did and awesome job and fixed the issue right away

Well to start I was lied to so they could get the sale,...
Well to start I was lied to so they could get the sale, then they overcharged me, then they didn’t check the car to make sure it had all the items it needed, and finally they didn’t even add my vehicle to my gm account so I could pay my lease payment. They have been nothing but frustrating, every time I call to ask for help they make it seem like I’m a child and I couldn’t possibly know what I’m talking about. The one time they did something to help, because we agreed on a price based on the money I put down and they overcharged my monthly payments, they made it seem like they were doing me a favor when really it was the least they could do given they took my money. And when I called a second time with concerns I never got a call back. So no I will never be coming back to this dealership, I will adamantly tell everyone I know not to come here, and I hope you all will learn something from this. But based on your lack of customer service skills thus far, I don’t believe you will.
