Damien was great from the beginning. He had a great personality and was also very willing to work with me as a customer. He asked a lot of questions about what I wanted and was looking for. We had a fun test driving experience and he treated me like I was an old friend. I really appreciated the way he spoke to my father and I and I also worked with Jim as the business manager and he was very helpful as well.

I've had some not so good experience with dealerships in the past, but dealing with Depaula was the complete opposite. They were very friendly and worked hard from the start to get our family into a car. You can tell that they take pride in their jobs and they enjoy what they do. Cullan and Alvin went above and beyond to make sure we walked out of there with a new car and they did just that. We came in to purchase a 2018 Chevy Traverse and by the next day, I drove it off the lot. Manuel (Manny) was super friendly, helpful and informative. He found the car to fit our needs and also assisted us with our trade in vehicle.
