2013 Equinox

I found Depaula online and stated I was interested they got back with me within a timely manor of 5 minutes. They set up an appointment with Rachel she did a great job really knows her stuff about the vehicle and was very helpful. George Polino was very nice, explained all the options that were available. Was able to set up our vehicle with simonizing.

2015 Chevrolet Colorado - Eugene Virano at Depaula

I knew the exact vehicle I wanted before I visited the dealership - right down to the color and features. I told Eugene Virano about it and he warned me the 2015 Chevy Colorado's are difficult to get right now. Within a couple weeks, he called me to let me know the dealership had the exact truck I said I wanted, including the right color. I scheduled a test drive, Eugene answered questions I had about the vehicle, and then worked with the finance department to get affordable financing. Highly recommend Depaula Chevrolet - and sales person Eugene Virano.

Experience with Puchasing and Depaula

Dennis Miller was our salesman for the second time. He is always helpful and kind. We did not feel pressured and we feel very satisfied. Dom Carrero also worked with us to get the deal we felt comfortable with. He and Dennis answered all our questions and we would recommend them to others.

Followup After Sale - Not Good

This is my second review, the first one the had me fill out there with someone watching. They didn't tell me what to put however it was still awkward. This review is more honest. I was told that my car had a certain radio system in it and I figured out after I bought it that it didn't. I brought this up the attention of the sales guy and he said he thought it was the same because it looked like it did. No offer to make it right or anything. Argh.

2015 2500 Chevy Silverado

The experience with Dominick Carrero and Anthony Armao was exceptional. Anthony was able to come up and help me right away and stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. He was very educated on the technology aspect of the vehicle along with everything else.
