I bought a new car today. A 2015 Honda Accord Ex and I love it. I had a very wonderful experience. Benjamin Rosario was courteous and patient with all my many questions, and finance manger work along with me to get me the number that i was satisfied with. Warm atmosphere and family environment. I had a dialogue with a salesman for over a week (email, voice mail and phone) over a car that was just right for my daughter. The price was right until it came time to actually buy the car. I drove 200 miles to buy the car. The salesman knew I was coming from Virginia to buy. At the point where I thought I was half an hour from driving away with the car, the price went up $2,000. This had not been explained on the web site or in any of my correspondence. The salesman had said that I needed to put $2000 down to get an $87/mo note, but nothing about their idea that the online price is not the real price. Further, I received a follow up email asking about my experience. I relayed my issue, but there has been no follow up.
