Was very good customer service experience went down from Wilkes-barre pa 2 hours drive was Worth the drive found a nice car. Good mileage clean and runners good to and if you have bad credit they work with you and fine you something nice so is you are looking for a new car this is the place you are looking for and we had a great sale man he was very nice and funny his name is JOE BENASTTI REALLY NICE GUY AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. We purchased a car when we test drove it the car shifted a little hard. When we asked them about it they said car has been sitting and this is normal for that model. We then asked about a warranty availability for the 2016 car and they said they can't offer that to us. These should have been signs but it was for our daughter and her first car. Well now it's costing over $6,000.00 to repair transmission.

Would like to be able to have a dealership work more for the customer. Over the phone we were told one thing we come in and we nearly walked but really needed a car. High mileages tho.

Alex, Paul, and azi helped me out with my truck and were respectful the best company and very respectful and kind … they helped me from the mechanic to the boss … they have a great team and great communication… they couldn’t find the problem to my truck but they tried there hardest and worked with me no if and are but they have some great quality cars and trucks … thank you so much guys and thanks to will for putting me in this nice truck

Do not come to this business they will scam u into a lemon they can’t fix or get u out of worst experience I ever had business wise and vehicle wise u be better off goin to ur local car lot or offer up this should be illegal they should be sued and shut down for the unreliable service, vehicles & workers anybody can talk nice they just trying to get over .Big Risk Turn Back Now Dont Give Them A Dollar.

I previously wrote a review about two months ago, right after I purchased my car, before I had the problems with it less than two weeks later. I gave a good review because Brian begged me to, and I thought I was being helped out. Turned out these guys are scam artists. If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this place. I had major issues with this car less than two weeks after I purchased it. Then the owner tried to lie about everything when I wrote a bad review on the BBB site. Save your money and go to a reputable, well known car dealership.

I’m basing this review off of the initial customer service experience only & not the vehicle. Our salesman, Bryan, was very welcoming over the telephone and during our in-person meeting. In fact, all of the staff at the Bristol, Pa. location were very friendly. Customer Service is a HUGE part of any car dealership business. The vehicle that Bryan chose for us was really nice but it does have some ‘issues’ that need to be addressed in the very near future. I would recommend this location to everyone based off of my experience at this time. I will definitely be back to give an update on how the vehicle is running soon ok? Thanks again Bryan for helping us out with our purchase of the 2016 Honda Accord!! Also, a thank you goes out to the rest of the staff for being so friendly to us while we handled our business transaction.

They treat people like xxxx! I was there a year ago to trade a Mercedes gl450 2013 it needed minor work it needed new air shocks so the check engine light comes on when there is a problem with these cars so seductive. I was trading it for a tundra he said sorry we can’t because I can’t make money off your car. I looked at him like I wanted to strangle the xxx!!!! He was the owner too. Now my wife and I are both looking for a vehicle at Bristol Auto where they take care of their costumer they put us first and not worry what they can make in a trade in. Bristol Auto the best!!! Fellah is an arrogant man!!! That’s why his review are a three. The one in Bristol should be minus 5. Terrible how I was treated!!!
