Service is easy to schedule, and if the required work,

Service is easy to schedule, and if the required work, such as an oil change, can be accomplished in a short period of time, the waiting room is comfortable and two machines provide coffee drinks while you wait. If the work requires more time the dealership arranges a ride home, and a pick-up to return, assuming that your office or home is in the vicinity.

This was my first experience with BMW’s service center

This was my first experience with BMW’s service center and I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently I was taken care of. Andrew took the time to explain to me what was going on with my vehicle and assured me that he would keep me up to date as soon as it was ready for pickup! I left feeling so much better and like I was in great hands! I also was able to secure a loaner car which was very needed as I had multiple things to get done over the weekend. Overall it was a fantastic experience, thanks to Andrew!
