The service was done fast and I am confident it was done

The service was done fast and I am confident it was done well. However, BMW Seattle level went a bit down recently. The check-in process needs to be improved. Generally, receptionists need to treat customers a bit better - they seat at the desk and call your name and you have to guess if it was for you or not. The service process needs improvement - the last two times I asked not to wash my car, they still did it. The emission service notification was not reset. All minor things that do matter and easy to improve.
