BMW Seattle

My first experience with BMW and BMW of Seattle. The entire staff was welcoming, it was personal touch not just treating us like a "customer". The entire process was not pressured. In addition to the sales staff, everyone was very professional. I purchased a 2017 7 series on my first visit.

Alvaro was an amazing person to work with- very up front and very communicative just great to work with. I can’t remember his name, but the man who helped me with loaners was also exceptional. Great experience Overall

From initial contact, Randall listened to and understood what I was looking for. At any time he could have tried to upsell me on any vehicle on the lot, but he was very respectful and genuinely wanted to help. Randall was pleasant to work with. We test drove the vehicle and he made sure we tried fast, slow, up a hill and parking. From the initial interest, through the sale and even after, Randall has been a huge help. It was one of the more enjoyable experiences I ever had in purchasing a vehicle. The dealership is easy to find, had ample parking and inside it was very clean and comfortable. We were surrounded by shiny new BMW vehicle "eye candy," had an option to watch anything on TV. Freshly brewed coffee, sparkling water and a generous hot tea selection rounded out the overall experience. In addition, the paperwork for the purchase was FAST and painless. We will definitely check here first when buying our next vehicle. Thanks again Randall.
