Overall great
In and out pretty much as scheduled and flexibility with dropping my car off. Discovered needed a new tire prior to bringing in for routine service and was able to get that resolved at same time.

Purchase, maybe. Service?? Absolutely NOT.
I bought a 5-series from this dealer about a year ago. I have taken my car in a couple times since then (regular service), and decided to go with them for a minor rear-end collision last October. Trevor in service convinced me and my insurance adjuster that we could work through them for all the internal damage (including new headrests) and they would outsource to Metro Auto Rebuild for the body repairs: "We do this ALL the time." BMW Seattle had my car for 2.5 months (!), and suddenly "switched gears" stating they wanted to refund me $500 to get the body repairs elsewhere, even though the body repair estimate was over $1500. This bodywork could have been done while they claim it was sitting there waiting for headrests for over 2 months. But... when I finally got my car back, it had an additional 200+ miles on it, and new damage to the body and inside the vehicle. Shannon Travis claimed he had photos showing the mileage with only an additional 25 miles on the car (?!), tried to tell me that 25 miles was a normal test drive (rambling off some sort of alignment concern (another "?"), and accused me of lying about the added mileage. Shannon was incredibly smarmy and tried to get me to go into his office, to which I refused, not feeling safe at all. Absolutely worst treatment I have ever received from a shop. I don't feel safe here at all.

Great service
The service rep was very courteous, professiona,l, and helpful . Very quick turnaround time. The facility atmosphere was positive and upbeat.
