suv purchase

I will not purchase another vehicle from billion auto. Do not trust the inspection. Our asv light camday came on one day after purchasing and they said the hubs are bad and won't stand behind it and fix them. They told me the back tale light is cracked and won't fix it. The drivers door doesn't lock and I had to fight to get them to agree to fix it. Sat waiting for an hour and a half to find out they wanted over $1000 for repair on an equinox we had just purchased a few days ago The person that sold to us will not return our calls either. Terrible customer service

Bought a car

I called to get a proved before i drove 65 miles. Salesman called me back within 30 min with approval. Got to Billions, told him i didnt care what the car was, he showed me one car that fit my price range. It was way newer, way lower miles than i expected, i would go back again. They didnt push, pressure. They helped me get into a newer car.

Lease of 2016 Chevrolet Equinox

This was a tremendous experience! My wife and I are expecting our first child and needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle. Our Sales consultant Andy R, did a fantastic job of making us feel comfortable and understood. The vehicle was EXACTLY what we were looking for, and we made the purchase that same night. Andy was able to provide a full delivery including an excellent detail job, horough explantion of the vehicle's capabilities and much more. I highly recommend Andy R as someone to do business with when purchasing your next vehicle! I worked in the industry for several years, and of course met quite a few dishonest individuals. Andy was refreshingly honest and very thorough in meeting our needs. If his manager should read this, please know we are THRILLED with our sales experience. Thank you!

Average Experience

I went there because I seen a used car online, and wanted to see it in person. I was in the lot looking at the vehicle's and several sales persons walked buy but didn't jump on you to buy something, witch I liked. I walked up to the office and they where nice to deal with however it seemed as if they had no knowledge of the vehicles history or condition. He bragged about their service inspection and that they fix everything, but I found several little things wrong with it such as two of the doors not locking and so on. Their finance guy said they wanted to make sure everything was signed because they have had problems in the past with that, and sure enough they forgot something, although they sent a guy 90 miles to come to me to sign it. And last they really really tried to push a protection plan on me that I didn't want, that put a sour taste in my mouth. To sum it up I didn't have horrible experience but I left there frustrated and will try and stay away the next time am in need of car. I felt like they where interested in getting me out the door with whatever car they could sell me, my needs where not their problem.
