Bob Gareis is one of the reasons I remain loyal to Gandrud and the other reason is the excellent sales presentation that Mark Miller gave to catalogue our owners manual and explain all the new featues of our new vehicle.

Everyone was very helpful! I had a problem with my tire and they fixed it right away and explained everything to me. Everyone was very friendly, they even gave me a ride to work in the morning and offered to pick me up later.

Dropped car off at 11am for a 2 hour estimated service call. Called after 3 hours at it was still going to take another 15 minutes. We wanted the car done by 2pm to take a trip out of town. I called again after giving 30 - 40 minutes and was still told it would be another 5 minutes. As you can guess, we missed out 2pm leave time for our of town trip. Not happy that the 2 hour estimate was not maintained and getting basically a run around when I called to valid the car was finished.

We have been very happy with the service This is the 5th vehicle from Gandrud and will be back when the time comes for another.

Our sales rep was very accommodating, courteous, informative. We had a great experience buying our new car. We felt Mark Murphy went over and above to satisfy our needs.

I stopped in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. There was a line of two cars ahead of me, so the wait time ended up being over one and a half hours.
