We brought in our 2023 Highlander Limited in for warranty as the main infotainment screen would go blank. The girl at the service counter was snippy and rude (I have a more suitable word but cannot say here). She kept insisting that our phone cables were not "certified" for the phones. She told us to come back only if it happens. Well about 3 days later it was happening and drove it in and were "blessed" with the same girl and her "wonderful" attitude. At first she didn't want to help but did once we reminded her on her instructions, she had a service tech take a look. All they did was to fix it was to reset the entire system. Once we were leaving, our "wonderful" service assistant reminded us that we only have 5,000 miles and 3 months left on the warranty and then it will cost us money to have serviced. We had purchased 5 vehicles from Le Mieux.
