Friendly and efficient

Bought a great clean used car from friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful sales staff. This is my second Sonata and I couldn't be happier with my new used car. I like this dealership so much that I drive from Cleveland to get all of my service done. I'm so glad that I came back here when I decided I was ready to get a new car.

Mike hall isn't a grate sales person

I recommended that everyone goes there they changed my life I never imagined in my life this is a grate place to go to , and get a car

Quick and painless

Mike was very helpful. We went in looking to get numbers and make a decision by June but Mike was so helpful that we decided to get a new car that day. I definitely recommend Hyundai of Streetsboro.

Great Experience

I reached out to several dealers via email in search of a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. I was very specific in terms of trim level, and how I wanted them to quote the vehicle for both lease and financing. Ray was one of two dealers out of 15 that I contacted who actually gave me the information I was requesting. His transparency with pricing of the vehicle was impressive which made it easy for comparisons to other dealers. Additionally, the deal that Great Lakes Hyundai was offering on these vehicles was far better than anyone else by thousands. Overall, a great experience with Great Lakes Hyundai and I'd recommend talking with Ray for your next car.

Helpful and friendly

My husband and I came in with an appointment and our sales person greeted us at the door. Mike was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He took us on a test drive and showed us the available colors. Zachary was also very friendly and made the paperwork a pleasant experience.

Hyundai Elantra

Great Experience buying my 2017 Hyundai Elantra at Great Lakes Hyundai dealership in Streetsboro Ohio. The Eco, of course, gets the best mileage, with EPA ratings of 35 mpg combined (32 city/40 highway).

Great purchase experience!

My hat is off to Great Lakes Hyundai of Streetsboro. My sales and new auto delivery experiences with Tom Woodley were fantastic. He questioned me about my use and needs for a Hyundai auto which I thought were insightful and in my best interests. The selection of options, finance issues, walking me through the vehicles operation, and signing of purchase documents were handled professionally by Tom and his Great Lakes Hyundai support. I felt that Tom and staff were very interested in my satisfaction. More so than most experiences I have had with large dollar value purchases I have made.
