Great Lakes Hyundai

Had a good experience. This is our third car purchased from Great Lakes. We purchased the Tuscon because of the experience we had with our trade in Tuscon.

This is the 5th car I bought from Scott Howell at Great Lakes Hyundai. The dealership is almost 45 minutes from my house (and there are a number of dealerships closer) but I made the trip out to Great Lakes specifically because I enjoy working with Scott, and most importantly, I trust him! Scott, see you in a couple years!

What I completed is more than enough information for you to gather that I liked my experience. The least favorite part is this survey. I only completed it because the service was excellent the team friendly. Oh I enjoyed the coffee as well.

Large selection, no pressure and made buying a car an easy process. I found a car I liked online , they got back to me right away and helped to make sure the process was easy and smooth.

The first time I talked to Mike was back in April of 2016 and he took his time and tried to get me into a new vehicle, becuase I was trying to get a lower payment for the vehicle I already had. He took the time to go over everything with a fine tooth comb and in the end I was not able to get the car. A couple of month later I brought my car out there to figure out why my car wouldn't start and I was sitting in the service waiting area and he came to me and asked, "do you wanna try again?" and I said no not at this time. Well the Ford that I had was starting to have some issues so I came back out there to "see what happens" As soon as I walked thru the door Mike looked up and smiled at me, like he was waiting for me. I said I'm here to see you. I knew that he was going to get me into something and not push me around or pressure me. I ended up with a 2016 Hyundai Sonata that I am very happy with.!!!!!

Good dealer, would recommend Very friendly, understood what we needed, met our needs. Very helpful, very good service. Will come back for another car and I'll recommend others to buy from this dealership.

I was very pleased with mike hall and cody goad. Cody went over everything when I picked up my vehicle. He is excellent in mike hall's absence the day I picked up my vehicle.Cody was very thorough in all he did. I was impressed with his appearance and manner.
