Appreciate the early pick up as I wasn't scheduled until 1:30. I had my vehicle back sooner than expected. Only complaint was it wasn't washed like I normally get.

Matt Yonash was outstanding followed up when I made the appointment, knew the car details. I did not purchase the original car but he found me the car that I did buy. He found a way to make it work with my budget. I couldn't be more pleased. He also called to see how I liked the car, and if there is anything that I needed. Very good service, and trustworthy.

Customer service was terrible. Follow-up on progress for parts over 5 months had to be requested. Terrible experience. I would not recommend Dorsch to anyone. I will be purchasing my truck elsewhere.
