I took my 2021 Lincoln Nautilus to Dorsch Lincoln in Green Bay. Doug took great care of me kept me updated while I waited. He made me feel like I was his only customer. Great service department.

Customer service was terrible. Follow-up on progress for parts over 5 months had to be requested. Terrible experience. I would not recommend Dorsch to anyone. I will be purchasing my truck elsewhere.

I used their mobile service, and it was a great experience. Jake, the technician, texted to let me know exactly when he would be at our house. Jake took care of everything quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and courteous. Great experience!

Justin greeted me quickly very professional stated that the service can be completed in about 90 minutes they were close. My only issue was that I had an extended warranty that I purchase at the time I ordered the vehicle and it did not cover my concern with the transfer case. As it was explained to me if there was a need to repair then there is not cost; but the fact that there was no need for a repair; and that should be a good thing it cost me $98.00 which I believe is wrong !!!! I chose to protect my investment by spending the $2000.00 for the extended warranty this cost should be covered by Ford Motor Co,
