Love my new Kia!

Ford Escape Limited Purchase

Paul Brault, helped me and my girlfriend find the "perfect" SUV for our small family in our price range. Paul is a super cool, funny and a nice dude. He was very friendly to our 3 year old son and to us (he gave him candy too lol). Cody Graf was cool too, the main thing that got us was, he is also a Dallas Cowboys fan :)

Kia Optima lease

Chad Zambarda was able to educate on the different trim levels and their values along with being punctual and friendly. Debbie Simonar is a very friendly woman who is very good at her job. She was able to answer any question I had at a level that was understandable to someone that doesn't work in that field. Overall a great experience!

Awesome experience

I had a great experience with buying my ford fusion with Paul, he is very friendly and doesn't make it uncomfortable. I brought my 1 year old daughter and Paul was even great with her, holding her and showing her off to everyone. I would really recommend going to Paul, great with everyone and knows what he is talking about!!

Great experience: honest, personable staff!

I had completed a ton of homework prior to contacting Dorsch West (Dorsch Ford Kia) to inquire about a used Infiniti G37x. The condition of their late model previously owned vehicles is excellent; you can tell that they take pride in featuring only top-quality used cars and offering their vehicles at a very competitive price. I had price compared across Wisconsin and through the Twin Cities market for a month and found that no one, even higher volume dealerships and those that feature the Infiniti line both new and used, was going to beat them for the combination of price point and vehicle quality. I was specifically looking at AWD performance sedans, so the Lincoln MKZ, Infiniti G35 and 37x, Ford Taurus, Subaru Impreza, BMW 328 and 335, and Mercedes C class dominated my search results. My sales associate, Ryan Ratsch, was straight-forward and personable but never slick or pushy - exactly what every buyer desires in a car sales staff person. He deftly directed me through the on line parts of credit approval process, and answered all questions I had about the vehicle through texts, phone calls, and email correspondence. He knew what I expected to get for my trade, listened carefully to the price per month and financing terms I'd be comfortable with, and expressed these things to the finance team and his employer. He also guided me through all of the features of the Infiniti that I wasn't familiar with and consequently made the test-driving process great. We agreed to terms that made me very happy - Mark Becker deserves a commendation for his handling of the paperwork end of the process and thorough yet simple explanation of the various warranty programs available. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that used car buyers give Dorsch Ford Kia and specifically Dorsch West a look before choosing to buy elsewhere.

Friendly and Helpful

My wife and I worked with Gene and Mark who were both great to work with. They were helpful answering our questions and explaining the process. Gene went above and beyond and walked us through the features of our new used vehicle. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle check out Dorsch Ford Kia.

Always Helpful

I purchased a KIA several years ago with the help of Dallas and Debbie. Since then, I have had excellent service from Jacob. Because of my positive experiences at Dorsch, I took my daughter there to purchase a vehicle. Paul went out of his way to help us--and gave great advice. Once again, Debbie worked her magic and got us a low rate and also helped us learn more about our purchase. These professionals even stayed late--beyond regular hours--to help my daughter and me. We now have two KIAs in the family, and we couldn't be happier with our vehicles. I always recommend Dorsch--they take good care of us and will take good care of you.

Great service!

Top notch dealership

Matt was excellent to work with. Very upfront and honest to deal with. The closing with Deb was very quick and well organized. In follow-up visits everyone at the west side location conducted themselves in a very professional manor.

Good Experience

We were looking for a vehicle for our daughter. We started with Rob Harrill on the west side. After taking a few cars for a test drive, we decided on a vehicle. The problem was that they didn't have the model/style on the west side. Rob was very helpful and looked in the computer to see the inventory at the east side. He recommended we speak with Paul Brault on the east side. They had the vehicle there. Paul Brault was very nice. He answered our questions and wasn't pushy. We purchased the vehicle. After we purchased the car, one of the keys weren't programmed correctly. Paul was able to set us up with Jacob who programmed a new key for us quickly. We would definitely work with them again. Thank you!
