Gene, Rob, and Mark combined made us feel like we were family. I originally was looking at a mustang at Gandrud Chevrolet and had a very unpleasant experience. I decided to look at Dorsch's selection and I do not regret it. The selection of used cars was great, and they had fair prices as well. I was so pleased with Dorsch Ford Kia, I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They have excellent customer service, and wonderful employees. I will definitely be back for any future purchases.

My visit to Dorsch Ford Lincoln was to sell a used vehicle (Lincoln MKX) and the experience, to say the least, was very pleasant and very fair. I did some research on price (what I was hoping to sell the vehicle for) and was prepared for a "barter/haggle" session with all of my papers, quotes that I found on-line, other similar vehicles and the price they sold for (in this area) and - to my pleasure & surprise, Jerry & I agreed on a fair price within MINUTES. Although I was prepared to be there for 2+ hours the deal was done in under 60 minutes (including paperwork) and I left feeling great about the transaction! The team at Dorsch is very efficient, friendly, fair & up-front, thorough, and just plain "nice to do business with". I would come back to Dorsch without hesitation for any future needs regarding the purchase/selling of a vehicle. And I would also request Jerry VanDeurzen in the sales department - he is smart, friendly, and treated me fairly and with respect. Gene was my salesman and he was very helpful and knowledgeable of what he was selling me. He was very friendly and not pushy at all which in my opinion is a very big deal. I don't like to be pushed into buying something I am not sure that I want. Mark was also very friendly and helpful in my financing of my vehicle. All in all I had a very good experience there and would recommend both to everyone I know.

Adam and Dorsch Ford were a pleasure to deal with! Adam was very professional. We kept him on his toes by asking a lot of questions and test driving several vehicles as well as getting both purchase and lease options for each of those vehicles.
