Brickner's of Wausau

We would like to thank Glen at Brickner's of Wausau for all of the time that he spent with our son during the purchase of his first vehicle. He thoroughly went over and explained all the ins and outs of the vehicle. Our son was very appreciative for that. Our son loves his Jeep Compass Sport. Thanks again Glen!

On June 6th 2017 I purchased a 2011 Dodge Journey from Brickner's of Wausau. Glen Podgorski the salesperson was a honest man with a very good personality. I traveled over 140 miles from my home town of Exeland Wi. to Wausau to purchase the vehicle. On arrival to Brickner's I found people to be very respectful, professional and caring. Car was excellently detailed, full of gas and to my surprise two new tires at Brickner's expense. After a short test drive in town I purchased the vehicle and traveled for home. On may way home, at higher speeds I noticed a bad rattle coming from dash or left wheel. My wife also noticed that the driver's seat was broke. Keep in mind this is a used vehicle that I had just paid cash for. When I got home I contacted Glen at Brickner's Immediately. WHAT SERVICE, Brickners drove a loner, 280 miles twice and fixed both problems making sure I was completely satisfied. I can't say enough good about Brickner's! May be the best dealership I have ever dealt with! Just a great American family owned company! THANK YOU GLEN AND BRICKNER'S. I'LL BE BACK!

Glenn was great, he's sold us three different vehicles over the last 6+ years, he always finds what we're looking for. He goes above and beyond in vehicle detail. Todd and Brian got us a deal we couldn't refuse. My wife and I love our new Jeep. We constantly recommend friends and strangers to go check out Brickners.

Was looking for a new car. Everyone was very helpful and flexible with the days that I could be there. Since it was my first time buying a car I knew I wanted to go to a place that I trusted and that's why I chose Brickner's of Wausau.

Vehicle matched all descriptions listed online. Salesman was easy to work with and accommodating. Helped out for a smooth transaction and allowed me to come back a week later to pick up old vehicle.

Went to look at a previously owned Honda CRV and we were a little skeptical as it was the first time we had considered that type of vehicle and also because of the somewhat poor reputation of used-car salesmen in the public's estimation.. My husband and I were really delighted to meet John Sjoberg. He showed us the car we came to see, explained all new features to us, treated us with the utmost courtesy and really made the whole experience pleasant. We are delighted with our "new" car and would absolutely recommend Brickner's to everyone and particularly John.

Brickner's had the exact Jeep I was looking for; and they met my offer spot on. Their internet salesman and the sales woman we dealt with were great. And the finance person got us the best rate and was very explanatory. Brickner's of Wausau is top notch in my book.

We had our car fixed here because of a deer hit. The body work was great no complaints but there service work was horrible. Would not recommend them. We have had issues with our motor now which was related to the deer hit. there service department missed somethings on the motor that should of been fixed and now we're stuck with a bad motor. So not impressed on that end.

I was looking for new vehicle and Johhn was very helpful. I test drive the vehicle and took it home that night. Since then I John has asked me a couple times how everything is going.
