Not happy with the charge for an oil change will not be coming back there for an oil change ! The people were nice and courtesy but way too expensive for an oil change

Great experience
I haven’t bought a new car in eleven years, so I was apprehensive. Thomas did a super job explaining everything throughout the whole process and even met with me several days later to answer more questions. Jorge and Scott did the same. Great experience!

Great Service!
Brought my car for routine maintenance, Gary assisted us as soon as we get in the services center, everyone is so nice including Jessica. They were able to have our car checked & worked on while we wait in their waiting area where coffee, tea, hot cocoa, hot cider & snacks are provided. And we didn’t wait long, soon right after Gary came in and told us our car is done, nice & clean and safe for driving. Great job!!! ��

Not a hassle
Had my car in for routine service. Service department is excellent. Easy to get in and my wait was comfortable Service staff is helpful and got my car serviced quickly.

Friendly but professional Employees & Service.����
Setting up an appointment was easy and the Chris the Serice Rep. was waiting for me when I arrived. He listened to all my cercerns and explained everything in a friendly but professional manner. Gave me an estimated time of completion and showed me the eating room and free coffee with snacks. Had my grandson and Chris show us the Kids Room also. Everything was done and ready on time..... GREAT service!

Treated like a Valued Customer
Easy to set up service appointment on line. Greeted with friendliness when drove into service reception area. Explained exactly what I was there for. Identified a burned out headline I had no knowledge of. Enjoyed the waiting room experience. Clean women’s restroom. Explained the need to have break fluid changed. Easy-breezy check out process. Timeliness: A++. Kudos to all staff, especially Gary Jones.
