Jacob was awesome while I spent a few weeks figuring out exactly what I wanted to do. He didn’t pressure me in any way and answered my tons of questions as they came up.

I brought my car in for an oil change and the service

I brought my car in for an oil change and the service department waiting area is very filthy , the chairs and tables were very dirty. They never offer a coffee or water. Mechanic was very rude. I received a coupon in the mail for $20 off an oil change and was told I could not use it because oil changes are already discounted. Why would Marhofer send a coupon I can’t use. I actually saw a customer before me use a coupon on her oil change. This is not my first oil change of course and it just seems like Matthew is always in a mood.

I had a great experience here.

I had a great experience here. I did not feel pressured into purchasing anything I didn't want. They got me right into a test drive. It only took a few hours to sign all the paperwork and drive home in my dream vehicle.

The salesperson was great. He went beyond trying to find me the car I wanted. The price was fair and there was no haggling. Overall a great experience.
