I did not know about this rating system until yesterday after we had EXCELLENT customer service at another car dealer and were asked to give a review. We purchased a used Hyundai as a first car for our oldest daughter last Fall and we were in the market for another car this week for our other daughter who is turning 16. We like the Hyundai brand but because of the way we were treated refused to look at any cars from Ron Marhofer. Our salesman was not the problem. We had the car less than one day and the check engine light came on and would not pass e-check. We called the dealership and took the car back. The car was "repaired" and we went back to dealership to pick up vehicle. This is where our complaint began. They lost the keys to her car. We were told "the mechanic took them home??" No they are locked in someone's office. This conversation went on for over 20 minutes and we were upset about how can you have no system to log in car keys. Then another salesman said you had better be glad we did you this favor of fixing the car so quit complaining about us losing the keys. Doing us a favor when we were guaranteed the car would pass e-check? The keys were eventually found and less than a month later the check engine light came on for the same problem and we paid our mechanic to fix the problem rather then deal with this dealership.

Very courteous, friendly and professional staff at Marhofer. Chris Donato took the time to walk through every step of the sales process and addressed any questions we had with urgency. While we did not have a specific timeline to purchase, the positive nature of the experience influenced us to make a purchase on the day we visited. Very well done by Chris and the Marhofer Team. We WILL be back for future vehicle purchases....

All of the associates at Ron Marhofer were respectful, honest and professional. At no point did I feel bullied or pressured. I will definitely consider this dealership for future car purchases.
