GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Spend 40k on a used truck and 2 days later service engine light comes on. Stan (salesman) told me the day before I purchased the truck that they would work with me if something like that was to occur. LIAR! So I made an appointment at 8:00 AM. I get there at 8:00 AM. 10:00 AM they tell me what the problem was and $750 to fix. I knew what the problem was with a cheap scanner and google in like 30 mins before I even went. I thought they were being nice and actually fixing it for the amount of time I was waiting. WRONG! Save yourself time and money, shop somewhere else. They probably was aware of problem and cleared the computer and knew it would take some time for the truck to go through the drive cycle and display service engine light .

LOGANVILLE FORD - 2017 FORD FOCUS

ENJOYED HOW I WAS TREATED. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. SALES PERSON WAS VERY INFORMSTIVE. FINANCE PERSON WAS INFORMATIVE SNF HELPFUL IN ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS.

Owner

Standard oil change service is slow, even when you get there early, one to two hours. The people are friendly, my suggestion is to set up a separate oil change group.

Oil pan replacement under warrantee

Loganville Ford is my favorite dealer. They are great at sales and service. My 2017 fusion sport was in for an oil change and the tech noticed the leaking oil pan seal ( common issue on these cars) Mike crouch the same service manager worked with me every step to make sure I had a loner car and that I could drop off and pick up after hours. The repair is perfect and car works perfectly I drive 1 hour to get to this dealership but will gladly do it for the awesome service

Jury still out will update in 2weeks

If you ask me 2 days ago I would have not hesitated to give them 5 ?? skip was more then helpful friendly and worked with me to get to price point when no one else would on a 2012 challenger. My hesitation is because 2 days after having the vehicle the ABS and traction control light is on, I’ve notified the sales tech not sure if anything they will do it’s “as is” leaving for vacation when I get back if there not willing to address I will put in shop and hopefully it’s nothing major, I will update my view once I figure out what I’ll have to fix 2 days after purchasing.
