Serviced my Explorer at Loganville Ford

Pulled into Loganville Ford to get my explorer serviced and there were 9 vehicles in front of me, so I tried their newly opened Quick Lane Center. I was in and out in 30 minutes with the service done. They were very friendly and efficient.

I had a very positive experience with Nathan Swope and Loganville Ford. I was looking for a used car and ended up getting a new one in the price range I was looking for. Loganville Ford has had their problems with service managers but Mike Crouch is a good man.

Outstanding Service

Loganville Ford is absolutely the best, I would never take my cars any where else. I've never felt like they take advantage and they go out of their way to treat you like you are a valued customer.

Loganville Ford

Loganville Ford, and Nathan Shope in particular, made a car buying ordeal a pleasant experience instead. I had visited a couple other places with high pressure sales people (who are still trying to sell me a car), but got none of that at Loganville. Test drove, bought, signed all paperwork, out the door in 2 hours instead of all day. Thank you, Loganville! Will be referring others to you!

Loganville Ford

Purchased 2018 Ford F150 Raptor, The dealer played zero games on trade-in and selling price, Dealer did not apply any bogus additional charges (paint protection spray etc) to selling price. Very common on Raptor purchases, 100 % professional all I can ask for!

My Service Loganvill Ford February 5, 2018

I received prompt attention from the check-in Representative. Once the Technician reviewed my issues, he came to see me and explained my options and answered all questions I had for him. He was very professional, and as I customer, I appreciated his time and his information he shared with me. I don't remember the last time a technician was so helpful and considerate. I would definitely recommend the Loganville Ford service area to anyone.

2016 Ford Escape Titanium 2.0L

OK, just ok...showed a cargo cover but didn't have one. Didn't have floor mats, but asked and got them, no owner's manual, asked and got one. Supposed to make appointment to get dent pulled out. Don't know why they didn't do it beforehand. Drove it a week and the change oil light came on. Called , they said they did in fact change the oil but forgot to reset the oil change reminder . No paperwork for the oil change. But I can get it when I get my dent pulled out!!? Price above NADA but below the going price. Would not negotiate price but I did get a nice car: 2016 Escape . Nathan was grest to deal with. .. but they are in car sales . They don't lose money on selling cars or they wouldn't be in business long. I did need to buy a car and didn't really want to. So that was probably my biggest issue. Overall it was a 4 out of 5
