I requested a loner car 2 weeks prior to my appointment....
I requested a loner car 2 weeks prior to my appointment. When I got there, I was told there was none to give me. I had to rearrange my whole day since I didn’t have a car to get to my job and needed someone to come get me since the repair took the whole day. In addition, I was told to stay and wait bc a car was still promised. A car was provided.
