This is my second oil change since I purchased my vehicle. Both times the fluids haven’t been topped off. Last time I drove 30 minutes back to Kia for them to top everything off. Also, when I opened the hood there was spilt oil inside. That should have been wiped off.

The only Kia dealership I’ve been to that is fast and does their job every time I come there. Other places take days to do what should be done in a few hours and one Kia dealership for got to service my car resulting in them keeping it for 2 days.
