They care nothing about satisfaction after the sale here, or helping the customer to make sure the car is a good fit for them. They were so anxious to sell this car that it had not even been serviced after being traded in. They have not addressed my concerns that it takes up to 4 tries to crank it.

The financial officer that went through the process explained everything and answered our questions with precision.
