If I could give them 0 stars I would. We have had nothing but problems with ou Kia. They messed up the original warranty and then sold us a warranty for a lease vehicle. This was a new vehicle not a lease. Talked to the dealership May 7, 2026 and they were supposed to fix it. I still have not heard back from Bert.. I would really like to get ahold of the GM to let them know how people in his dealership treat their customers.

I was quoted $530 to replace the cabin air filter and remove an acorn that was causing a noise whenever I turned on the AC. There was nothing else wrong with the AC system besides the acorn stuck in the blower motor. I felt the price was extremely unreasonable, especially considering the issue was so minor. I ended up taking my car to another mechanic, who replaced the cabin air filter and removed the acorn for only $100.

Dealership is very high tech, taking incoming photos of vehicle. Came in for Oil change, tire rotation, miscellaneous maintenance inspection of overall vehicle. Purchased cabin air filter. Overall Mr. M. Cates excellent service.
