The service from start to finish was terrible. From the check in, to being charged for a service that I did not request, to not getting the information I paid for, to being treated like I didn’t matter. I will NEVER visit this dealership again, I will drive 30 minutes to another dealership before I deal with this dealership again!

The process was quick and easy. I got in, dropped my car, and then picked up. My service was completed in about an hour. The store also provided me with a shuttle back to my work while I waited for my car to be ready.

Terrific service from drop off to pickup. Sam was awesome and communicated with me at every step. We had 3 recalls and some service work needed and all was handled perfectly. Thanks to everyone there.
