We tried a lot of vehicles that day and that employees were very accommodating. An employee suggested we take one more walk through the vehicles and we did find what we were looking for - it was one we overlooked at the start.

No pressure sales and initial reduced MSRP no-haggle pricing. Mike Peterson salesman, one person to deal with, knowledgeable of Toyota products or researched the answer. Dealership superbly improved since prior experiences.

No pressure sales. We worked with Chuck and he was awesome. He really listened to us and what we wanted and were looking for and never tried to push us to buy something that we were unsure of. When we had a vehicle picked out, we addressed a brake issue with the car and he had no problem making sure it would be corrected and we would end up happy with our purchase. He was extremely patient and kind, and we will definitely be looking for him when we are ready to buy another car.

I just came in for a routine oil change. I waited for the service, and it only took about 45 minutes. Everything moves along well from dropping the car off to picking it up. I appreciate the multi-point service check and recommendations for future service without any pressure.
