    This is my second time leaving a review for Markquart Toyota. My vehicle was in the repair shop for a while and Randy Jones and his team were very nice... to work with. They were able to take care of my vehicle and they were very responsible and helpful in making sure all my needs were met. Thank you so much - Randy and Scott - for all you did to make sure we had a good experience and good service. I really appreciate it!

    Cody called us today on our purchase yesterday of a Tacoma pick-up. In settling the finances he noticed we did not get credit for our $500 deposit. Sham... on us for not remembering, many thanks to Cody for picking up the error and processing the credit. WOW now that is service above and beyond. What a Great dealership! These are folks I highly recommend buying a vehicle from.

    Kevin took the time to explain how comprehensive warranties work and then SHOWED us how they work. Got our Camry fixed and back on the road in short order.... Kevin serves as an excellent example of what customer service is all about. Thank you

    The dealership experience is minty clean and seems wonderful. This facade may lure you in but be vigilant! Appearances are often deceiving and in this... case, they are. How do you think a dealership affords a luxurious appearance? Similarly to hospitals, they charge insurance AKA automotive warranties an exorbitant amount. While your car is under warranty for 36,000 miles this bending over backwards customer care seems like very posh treatment. Don’t drink the coolaid!! Soon enough your car will have an issue Markquart can’t figure out how to overcharge your Toyota warranty for or your warranty has expired. Guess who now gets price gouged? You my friend :) This is a friendly PSA to anyone looking to buy from Markquart Toyota. P.S. DO NOT BUY ANY EXTRA PROTECTIO

    I came to Toyota Markquart a few times and I was always treated with respect and kindness. Amie was really wonderful and always answered my concerns and... questions and made me feel at ease and was thrilled with the customer experience. Also wanted to mentioned how nice and helpful Alex was. They were both very knowledgeable and helped me find my corolla!!! I can't say enough about both of them. Lastly, Cody was very professional and helped me find a plan within my budget. Thank you to all three of you for making this so easy!!!

    I bought brand new RAV4 with mechanical problems. At the sale I was guaranteed the Toyota service plan was excellent. It has turned out to be non-existent... ! I bought a new car and cannot get any service, even though they admit my mechanical problems exist . They say the car is too new to be serviced. Terrible communication with the service department as well! I had to call Toyota's corporate number just to get any help. I have gotten zero service after the sale of what might be a lemon. I am ashamed to have bought my vehicle from Marquart Toyota. I am now thinking of contacting Toyota in Japan ! If I buy a brand new vehicle with problems I should be able to get it serviced. The sales department was great, so was financing, but the service department is an absolute joke ! This is the worst new buying experience I have ever had. I plan on contacting consumer protection as well. I was a great loyal customer and supporter of Marquart dealers for over 30 years. Not any more !

    Salesperson Chuck took extra care to ensure that I got the car I wanted, despite being out of state. He corresponded with me after hours and did the necessary... tasks to pin down my purchase. (It was a highly desirable creampuff with low mileage.) This is the second time I have purchased from Markquart. Excellent inventory and reasonable prices. Drove over from Twin Cities to make the deal. Kudos to cars.com for helping me find the perfect vehicle.
