I loved that Jay Bouley explained everything on the car I bought before we drove it for test drive. He had me sold at the start.

Helpful advice, low pressure

We brought in our son's car for repair and ended up buying a replacement vehicle. Zach in the service department was very helpful in giving us good information to assess whether to repair or replace the vehicle. Chuck (our salesman) was helpful, but low pressure (which we appreciate), in picking a replacement and getting rid of the old one.

great service, great staff, accommodating

MAJOR kudos to Rebecca for her time and patience in helping me understand some of the nuances of my car while i was waiting for service to be completed. She not only sat out in the car with me and answered my questions but also introduced me to navigation shortcuts that I haven't had the 'smarts' to figure out. THANK YOU REBECCA

Great service managers

Service manager (Jay) and Chad had my vehicle thoroughly vacuumed and washed. They were very polite to talked to and listened to our concerns. This is the kind of touch we greatly appreciate.
