Nicholas Kennedy was very goo setting up my service went over that needed to be done and the cost and how long it would take. I was satisfied with the service just wish they had chairs that were comfortable in the waiting area they are so very low.

I was pleased that everything that needed attention was

I was pleased that everything that needed attention was addressed. However over the three hours I sat in their showroom, the scope of work increased several times and the cost escalated from about $500 to $1600 which seemed outrageous for a service appointment that seemed minor to me.
