This was my first purchase through Carmax and it meet all my expectations. An easy, quick, pleasant, professional transaction with no haggling over price or add ons. I picked the car on line at my local car max and made an appointment for a test drive the same day. I came prepared with documentation from my bank on my account balance and my insurance agent knew I might be calling them that day. I left with the car after the test drive within an hour or two as they wanted to wash and clean the car. I would definitely recommend Carmax, especially if you loathe the hassle of working with typical car dealers.
