Veronica was patient and understood what I was looking for and how I would be using the vehicle. She listened and kept me within budget without having me sacrifice what I wanted.

We recently purchased a vehicle with Carmax and had a great experience. Cesar was knowledgeable, professional, and made our experience very easy. We had some issues come up the next day and Cesar guided us through the process to get them resolved and also followed up to make sure we were happy with the service. I would definitely use Carmax again in the future and recommend it to others.

This car shop is amazing! I already bought two cars for my self from this place and they were both great! All people and workers are so kind and helpful! Also really friendly, definitely recommend to others!

Horrible experience. Was looking to purchase a vehicle from this location got it sent to this location from another Carmax its been an entire month since the vehicle was sent to this location & I still don't have it! Dealership didn't try to accommodate at all. I'm still without a car
