Max Christie was my salesperson, and he was super helpful things.Actually went really well until it got to the finance department.And then there was a bit of a hiccup, but I still got the car. And it's a tesla, and i'm pretty happy with it so far. I would say this if you're from Arizona, and you're buying an EV in Nevada, make sure that you understand how buying evs in nevada versus arizona works .

They sent me a title I can’t register very bad bill was great though

Thoughtful, courteous, very friendly and very easy-going. Basically they will do whatever it takes to make the customer comfortable. They answer any questions. They bend over backwards to help you in anyway they can. Even though their sales people were busy at the time they made a reservation for myself and the wife. They asked if we had a vehicle in mind and I told him yes it was a certain Mustang that was there and he said would you like us to reserve it for you. We said certainly I did not know you could do that so while we waited for her appointment to roll around, the car was reserved and nobody else could do anything with it. Very surprising and very pleasing.

I'd leave no stars if I could. Bought a 2015 Nissian Versa SV. Low miles (under 60,000. They boast a 125 point inspection. Less than 10 days later I had to being I to service. Why?? Rear left shock leaking hydraulic fluid, front brakes and rotors needed attention, and the radio face was blank. Who passed this car during inspection? They are the epitome of a used car lot. I'd been better off paying cash with a private sale. I will never purchase from CarMax again.

This was absolutely the best car buying/selling experience I've ever had. The main concern of my representative, Randy, was that I was happy. Never once did I feel pressured in any way. I feel the prices for both selling and buying were fair. I could not recommend this company and its employees any higher!
