My representative Ronnie was great but did not have knowledge of what happens after a customer purchases a vehicle. Bought a 2025 Nissan Sentra ( love it ) but did not notice a dent in the windshield. Called the next day to notify the store and my representative and talked to the service department but of course they said I needed to talk to my sales rep. I texted her and informed her but she would be out for the next two days but she said she did not understand why they could not handle it. So I waited until the third day and of course ended up talking to the service department again and they said they would talk to my sales rep (Ronni), but of course when she got in touch with me she stated that they do not fix the windshield anymore once the car leaves the lot and it was not reported on the day of purchase (and of course the service department did not tell me this while giving me the run around) so by this time i asked to speak to the manger and i get the billing department and for th elife of me can't remember the lady that helped but she was very nice! She got the manager Brian ( whom I have not heard from and take it that I will not hear from) I still have the dent even though all of this happened withing the time frame of me returning the car (10 days) and I still have 30 days but won't get anything back all because I waited in good faith that i would hear back but didn't) so i'm just going to keep it and learned a lesson from it. So my advice to anyone is to please check your vehicle thoroughly before leaving, they will not help after. And of course stillnNo response yet

They told me my car had a up to date oil change it did not. I purchased a 3 year warranty I don’t know how to use it. I thought something would come in the mail about the warranty but to date nothing has come. I was out of my home state when the oil change light came on
